Youth

Sunday morning opportunities for youth take place at 10am. Senior High classes meet in the Church House, the building to the left of the Sanctuary Building. Once inside, signs will direct you to the appropriate spaces. Senior High study a variety of topics throughout the year, including preparing and leading the worship service on Youth Sunday, usually sometime in February.

Youth Group generally meets the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month from (4-6:30) in the Assembly Room. For more information contact Kate Foster Connors, Youth Director, akfc@verizon.net.

Cast your vote for our youth and their video! Our youth group has created a video reflection on Micah 6:8. The video has been posted on YMILive. The video that receives the most votes will go onto the final round where the winning youth group will receive $25,000! Click on the link below to view their video. To vote for their video click on register under their video and follow these instructions.

1. Click on “register” under the video screen (it is in bold and underlined) and enter yourself as a “supporter.”

2. Click “get started” you’ll have to enter some more stuff like what city your from and a “handle,” so be thinking of a cool name for yourself!

3. Click on “register now” and follow the registration confirmation instructions. You’ll have to go to your email to finish registering. Once you complete your registration you will automatically be sent to the video links to browse.

4. Watch whichever videos you want to watch (make sure you watch ours! – there are several pages of videos ours is on the 3rd page). You can vote after watching the video. Simply press a button to the right of the video screen to vote for that video.

5. Pass the word! Send the link and these instructions to your friends and relatives and tell them to vote, too.
